Our mission is to develop medical implants and surgical techniques in order to treat diseases of the spine and joints. It is our business to challenge concepts, designs and strategies. However, there are a few cornerstones in our daily work that founded our success. In the midpoint are the humans as patient, employee, customer and supplier.
We develop save and effective implants for the patients, closely obeying the latest scientific knowledge. We seek long term relationships with our suppliers and integrate them as early as possible in the development process. Highly motivated, experienced and competent employees are the backbone of our development services.
The relationship to our clients is characterized by openness, honesty and uncompromising confidentiality. We never compete against our clients with own products, nor do we work together with more then one client on similar projects.
